United Way of Canadian County Kicks Off 2026 Fundraising Campaign

United Way of Canadian County (UWCC) kicked off its annual fundraising campaign during the Yukon Chamber Coffee Aug. 28 at the Canadian Valley Technology Center’s Cowan Campus. The funds raised from this year’s campaign will go to support 14 Partner Agencies providing 19 health and human services programs to Canadian County residents.

“When you give to UWCC, your donation stays in Canadian County,” said Braden Pollard, UWCC advisory board president. “With the help of our community, we can continue to exceed our fundraising goals. Please join us with your gift today.”

UWCC announced its goal of $300,000 during the chamber coffee.

In addition to revealing the 2026 annual campaign goal, Pacesetter companies were recognized, which are those that run early campaigns to set the pace for the upcoming campaign season.
