2026 Day of Caring - NOVEMBER 6

United Way’s annual Day of Caring is one of the community’s largest volunteer events where corporate volunteer teams are matched with special volunteer projects at our Partner Agencies. Approximately 1,000 volunteers open their hearts and lend a hand to this event while wearing specially ordered Day of Caring T-shirts.

Previous Day of Caring Highlights

We’re incredibly grateful to all the organizations and companies that took time out of their busy work days to serve our Partner Agencies in various capacities.

More than 400 volunteers from 21 organizations spent a combined 1,200 hours at our Partner Agencies.

Love's employees spent time at Positive Tomorrows.
Arvest Bank employees helped sort coats for Pivot's youth.
Saxum employees built a 'Little Library' for the Mental Health Association.
AT&T employees volunteered at Hope House Guthrie.
United Way of Central Oklahoma employees spent time with Catholic Charity's seniors making crafts.
Guernsey helped cut out shapes for crafting at Sunbeam.
Cavender Auto Group worked on the flower beds at Daily Living Center and added new mulch.
United Way of Canadian County board members volunteered at Blessing Baskets.
The team at Echo Global organized Pivot’s clothing closet.
OG&E’s staff also ensured the success of The Salvation Army’s bingo games at the Sequoyah Senior Center.
National Tire Wholesale donated tires and hygiene kits.
