United Way of Logan County Raises $194,119 for Partner Agencies

United Way of Logan County (UWLC) announced its 2025 fundraising total during the organization’s Campaign Celebration event Jan. 27 at The Guthrie Depot. The campaign raised a total of $194,119 to support the 11 Partner Agencies which provide health and human services to the community.

“Our community stepped up in many ways this year,” Dana Hornbeck, UWLC advisory board president, said. From the Emergency Food Drive to supporting the campaign, we appreciate each person who supported our Partner Agencies and helped provide hope to our neighbors.”

The Celebration also recognized sponsors, donors and volunteers including Kristal Flury, 2025 UWLC Campaign Chair, for her efforts throughout the year to make the campaign a success.

Awards were given to the following for

  • Excellence in Employee Engagement – Environmental Management
  • Innovation & Impact – Jana Frey & Prism Bank
  • Crystal Achievement – City of Guthrie
  • Outstanding Allocations Volunteer – Dr. Mike Simpson

UWLC allocates donor dollars to programs administered by Partner Agencies in Logan County based on the Community Investment process. Community Investment volunteers spend time reviewing financial data, program results, goals and achievements and new funding requests, as well as visiting each agency before making recommendations to the United Way Advisory Board. To learn more about how to get involved in this process, click here.
