UWCO Kicks Off 2024 Annual Campaign

Oklahoma City, OK − United Way of Central Oklahoma (UWCO) recently kicked off its annual
fundraising campaign under the leadership of 2024 Campaign Co-Chairs Jenee Lister and Jenny Love
Meyer at the kickoff reception. The presenting sponsors were Bank of America and Merrill-Lynch.

The co-chairs are aiming to exceed last year’s campaign total of $17.2 million.
Lister and Love Meyer recognized that more than $2.3 million was raised by UWCO’s Pacesetter
campaigns under the leadership of Chair David Harlow. The 2024 Pacesetters include:

UWCO’s Fellows were also highlighted. Fellows are vital to UWCO’s Resource Development team each year, as they help raise awareness and funds for the nonprofit. Lister and Love Meyer thanked
Fellows Chair Sean Trauschke for his leadership and support of the program, as well as the
sponsoring organizations, which include: American Fidelity, Arvest Bank, Blue Cross and Blue Shield
of Oklahoma, City of Oklahoma City, Love’s Travel Stops, OG&E, and Oklahoma Natural Gas.

A new affinity program was also kicked off during the reception by its co-chairs Dr. Robert Spinks
and Doug Stussi. UWCO’s “Stay United” program allows retirees to remain engaged with the nonprofit
and the community by attending networking and socializing events, as well as be involved in
