The Oklahoma County Household Survey is a primary research study completed every other year to provide information for use in updating the Vital Signs Publication. This random telephone survey evaluates Oklahoma County Residents perceptions in many areas including:

In February 2005, the United Way Research and Convening Department released an Executive Summary on the results of the November 2004 Oklahoma County Household Survey. A total of 820 households participated in the Household Survey. The results of the survey are accurate at the +/- 3.4% margin of error at the 95% confidence level.
This Executive Summary covers some of the key findings from the Household Survey such as perceived financial security, retirement planning, access to reliable and affordable transportation, volunteerism, charitable giving, and arts and culture participation.
